We did a lot of research when considering all the options we wanted in a Smart Toilet, and this one checks every box: Super high-quality, packed with features, easy to install and on top of that, excellent customer service from the manufacturer. Best of all, it's literally life-changing in terms of function, cleanliness and luxury. Amazing value for the money and worth every penny! Read more

First, I got the best customer support I've ever had from any support team for any product I've ever owned. I can send a msg and within 15 min to an hour, day or night, I get a response. The product itself is just as good as any other smart toilets I've used (in the US, Japan, or Korea), but I don't know how long it will last or whether the company will still be around a year from now to give support or provide replacement parts. A few things you should consider before buying: 1) the top cover glass on the top back of the toilet is held down by Velcro, which is not sanitary in the restroom environment. If any splash from the toilet, waste, vomit, etc., hits the Velcro, it would be difficult to clean. 2) For many houses, the water supply pipe is positioned about 4-5 inches from the midline. To install the toilet, you will need to install a 3-way valve (included) onto your water supply line. However, the 3-way valve is too long/bulky, will hit the side wall, and prevent the toilet from being installed (i.e., sit appropriately in the flange). As a result, you need to install an elbow on the pipe that comes out of the wall, either to the left or to the right, so you can install the 3-way valve without it hitting the toilet's side wall. Other manufacturers offer a right-angle valve with a sharkbite-like fitting, making this installation much easier and less likely to leak. 3) The remote that I received is a little finicky; sometimes a button randomly does not function. You have to press it a few times. I would like to get a new one or buy an extra remote. The rep asked me to record "the finicky". Well, I have no way to know when the remote "decides" to act weird to record. Does that mean I need to record every single time I use the restroom to catch a remote button that isn't operating as it should? Hmmmm.... Update after about two weeks of using the toilet: want to like this toilet, but I have mixed feelings about it. It has all the features of a smart toilet, but it doesn't always work. It is finicky, like buying a cheap Android or Fake Apple phone that works but then doesn't. Sometimes, pressing a button on the remote, the toilet does not do anything. One might press it again or press it longer, which might cause unintended consequences. The reason is that pressing a specific button for too long can either activate or deactivate an auto-function. One may inadvertently turn off a feature by pressing a button too long. They (the manufacturer) should set a combination of buttons to activate or deactivate a feature; for example, flush and (top/up) button on the circle to turn on "auto flush" and flush+down button to turn off "auto flush", etc.... The foot sensor also works inconsistently. So, overall, I'm frustrated. It is big, heavy, and difficult to uninstall and return. Read more

Pretty great toilet. The ease of installation: pretty typical for a smart toilet. You have to put a new angle stop on. Copper outlet only, so if you have galvanized you’ll need to adapt. The mounting clips they provide aren’t my favorite. In my opinion it just doesn’t offer enough stability to drive a long screw from the side of the toilet that goes into a plastic bracket bolted to the flange. Maybe I’m old school, but I prefer traditional downward force. Theoretically, one could pull the seat and use washers to mount it traditionally via the closet bolts. The usability: it functions really well. All things tested and operational. Don’t be surprised if the seat doesn’t close immediately after use. It takes a while, but it does close. The flush seems strong enough. The heated seat and sprayer are both sufficient. The dryer is a lot better than the one I was used to: Evenly fanned and a consistent temperature. The light on the back of the toilet can be disabled. I did that immediately for aesthetic purposes. You just need to hold the power button until the toilet turns off, then press water pressure down (-) until you get the desired brightness or off. We had one minor defect on the glass display panel. The seller was very quick to reply and is sending a replacement. All in all, I’m starting this out with five stars. Thanks to the seller for putting out such a great product. It’s a nice, clean, simple looking product with great functionality. Read more
