I suffer with extreme lower back pain. I am scheduled for a spinal cord stimulator placement in February, so you can imagine how many different devices from vibrators to heating pads of all sorts; I have in triplicate. I say this as background for my review of this product. I love everything about this product from the full body heat function, which is just enough to help me relax, to the subtle vibration that hits at various places the user determines by changing the mode and intensity. I am 5 l’2” and it fits my body perfectly. I keep a pillow under my knees with the mat closest to my body, and I elevate my head on a pillow over the head portion of the device. I don’t feel any intense pressure to any one area as the device gently targets various areas without staying in the same place for more than 10 or 15 seconds. I did try to sleep with it the first night, but my husband said he had not put a quarter in the bed😁 Because it’s memory foam it is slightly firm, but it is easily portableI. I just roll it up and store it in a big basket. The functionality of this product is as advertised. Read more
I am 6ft 4in and nearly 400lbs. I did not expect anything to work well for me. This does. Does it reach everywhere they claim? No. But, it reaches the spots I needed to it. I have lived a life of my feet hanging off the end of my bed. This world just was not made for large people. So, it's all ok. The most important thing is that it is wide enough for me. I only use a neck pillow, and that fits fine at the top, as well. (Their head padding is negligible.) I am mostly using this for lymphatic flow assistance. And, for me, it is working very well to that end. I am an older gentleman, and this also surprisingly often helps to de-inflame my prostate. (It might just be the lymphatic flow altogether helping that, but... the vibration is pretty powerful.) Some caveats - I know where it is made and what that really means. So, I also bought some top-brand 4lb ABC extinguishers and keep one right beside the bed I use this in. I also use it only for naps, then fold it gently and set it aside. This is making the least number of wire bends and crushing from my weight on it, I believe. I also never ever use the heating part of this. I am maybe averaging 2-3 times per month use of this. About the same a normal joe could afford a lymphatic massuese. I have returned to purchase two more for family memebers. Read more
I liked this enough that I ordered another one for my husband. He helped me figure out a way to make this work best for us, which was turning it around so that the pillow is now the bottom and the bottom is now top. Here's why we needed to do that: we need it for our leather recliners. The head part is too thick and was placing the vibrating thing and heat in the wrong areas for us. The pillow part, for our purposes on a recliner, was also too thick and awkward. (It would probably be fine for laying down on a bed). But in reverse, on our recliners, it's absolutely perfect and very comfy. Of course the controller with the body image is now incorrect, but its easy to figure out what it now corresponds to. We got the hang of the remote easily. Also, the remote cord is long enough that even though we turned our mat upside down, it reaches to the other side (we place the cord under the mat) with plenty of room to spare. The mat cushion cover is super soft and the cushion thickness is just right (except for the pillow which is too stiff). This heated massage mat really works well. The heat takes a few minutes to kick in, but once it does, it's just as warm as our heating pads, only now we can heat our whole body which is so lovely! Make sure to press the two heat buttons! The massage part has three levels of strength. Each one works really well. Love the different vibration patterns to choose from. Another great feature is being able to pick and choose individual spots to massage too. It does turn off after roughly 30 minutes, as it should. Know that using any kind of heating pad for longer times can result in these weird burns after some time. That's general heating pad rule #1. I hope that this lasts for years. I've read various mix reviews before purchasing. I'm hoping the company will honor its warranty should it break under warranty. I did sign up for the extended warranty, putting it at 3 years. If you're using it for a recliner, and don't mind switching the pillow as the foot part and the bottom as the top, then this should work for you. For laying flat and using it, It's probably fine but I didn't try it out that way. Good luck! Read more
Wonderful! That is the only way to describe this heated massager pad. It is so comfortable and soothing. After using I am so relaxed, I fall asleep even though they do not recommend sleeping on it. No fear! It has an automatic cut off after a half hour. Read more
The pillow is FLAT! Theres really no pillow. It’s basically a flat mat. If you want the back of your head heated, I guess you’ll like it. The heat is really non-existent. It does vibrate well, but I really wanted the neck heat and vibration, I figure the rest of the vibration would just be a bonus. Not So!!! I will be returning this and buying a different kind. The photos in the ad make it look like there’s a pillow, very deceptive! Now I’ve got to waste my time and gas returning this thing. I’m not happy! Read more
I bought this as a Christmas present for my boyfriend. It’s just okay. The heat is a nice feature; although, you don’t really feel it in the head/neck area so much. Also, it doesn’t “massage”. It vibrates, so it’s not as intense of an experience for you back. But it’s kind of relaxing, I guess. Read more
