tl;dr - good choice for my unique use case I'm 5'6' and have had scoliosis since I was a child and it occasionally flares up. It's been especially bad since I had major surgery a week ago as I've had to recuperate in bed more than usual. I've been on the looking for a back massager to help and I saw this When I opened the box, I was a bit concerned that it was a bit too thick to lay on when on a bed but it just took a bit to feel comfortable. It worked very well for my lower back discomfort though I would have like a bit more heat. Otherwise, the back massager has plenty of settings including location, speed, vibration, and a timer I like its versatility as it works well in a chair, able to work my sore neck and shoulder muscles. I love that I can use this sitting in my desk chair. The heat feature is great in my cold office and the controls are easy to use. It's handy to be able to target different areas of my back. Combined with the heat, vibration, and up & down adjustments, I'm able to get just the right spots that are bothering me. The media could not be loaded. I often have a sore back. I'm 200 lbs. I use these "chair" cushion rollers on a flat surface. So I lie down on top of the rollers. These have a nice feel. Not to hard. Good quality product. I think my other Snailax roller has a stronger motor. But if you are using this in a chair, then this is great! It has a cushion overlay on top of the rollers. BUT if you want extra hard, you can move the cushion away, to get more roller pressure. This also has 3 heat AND 3 vibrate settings. The vibrations are in the seat cushion, not on the back.
