What a great idea - no longer have to change out the soap bottle at the bottom of the dispenser. Easy to set up. Looks great! Great value for the money. Fits perfectly and installed very easily. I see this item is listed as "frequently returned". I do NOT know why. This is a fantastic dispenser. The directions are clear, to the point, and it works great. To initially PRIME the pump, you'll have to pump it about 100 times, but if you use diluted (1 part water to 4 parts Dawn dish detergent) it will work just fine. When I discovered my pre-drilled hole in the sink's granite was too large, there were clear instructions to contact the company and they'd send another larger dispenser. Guess what? They DID. I sent them my receipt (I e-mailed a copy of it to them) and about 5 days later, I received my two pumps (I purchased two of these) with larger washers and larger base. PERFECT. This soap dispenser is great quality and very easy to install. The instructions are clear and straightforward-you really can't mess it up as long as the sink hole is the right size. Very easy to install. The check valve is great and really holds soap in the pump head so no need to pump extra times. I couldn't find any info if it's okay to use antibacterial soap cause some dispensers deteriorate with it...is the reason for 4 stars not 5 Read more
Purchased this dispenser to replace the one that came with the sink. This unit hands down beats the original one. It’s good quality and has adapters to fit a large bottle of Dawn detergent. Installation was a breeze. I highly recommend this pump. Read more
The product I received originally wouldn’t work because the threading wasn’t long enough. Contacted the seller, they were great. They sent a longer thread product. Installed today. Works great! Watched YouTube videos Fofe more complete installation instructions. Read more
I loved this, especially for the price. Very easy to install. Because it's adjustable it was a perfect match for my sink. The best thing was being able to run the tube down to a full soap bottle rather than having to repeatedly fill the dispenser. I wish I replaced our old one with this years ago. Read more
