The Sockwell Women's Chevron Moderate Graduated Compression Socks have been a reliable travel companion since 2014. Over the years, they have accompanied me on numerous 8-10 hour flights and countless road trips, and I'm pleased to say that they continue to impress. One of the standout features of these socks is their moderate graduated compression, which provides excellent support and comfort during long periods of sitting or standing. Whether I'm on a plane or in a car, these socks help alleviate fatigue and swelling in my legs and feet, allowing me to arrive at my destination feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Additionally, the quality craftsmanship and durable materials ensure that these socks have stood the test of time. Despite years of use and countless washes, they remain in excellent condition, with no signs of wear or deterioration. Overall, I give the Sockwell Women's Chevron Moderate Graduated Compression Socks two thumbs up. They have been a reliable and effective solution for travel-related discomfort, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of comfortable and supportive compression socks for long journeys. Great socks! As a nurse working 12 hour shifts, my feet and legs would swell and hurt after walking/standing all day long. Just wore these socks and they were so comfortable and really helped promote circulation and reduce leg pain and swelling. I haven't tried many other compression socks, but i was wearing ones from the hospital. Those hospital socks were okay, but they have the open toe area that always ended up in the wrong spot, making them uncomfortable, and they also made my legs so itchy! I would have to roll them down or even take them off after 6 to 8 hours (and it didn't matter if i had lotion on or my legs were shaved). These socks are a little thicker, but not too bad. They weren't too hot either (it was 98 degrees the day I wore them), buy i'm sure they will be warm in the winter. My legs never got itchy and they stayed in place and so comfortable all day. As a nurse, I think you need at least 15mmHg (these are 15-20). I'm going to try 20-30 and see how they compare. They are not too hard to get on and off, but have nice compression. I don't know how well they will hold up, but the fabric seems durable. I'm 5'2 and 125 lbs and they fit perfect right up to the knee. I'm sure they would fit nice on a taller person too (as i could've pulled them up a little higher). Read more

I don’t know how I made it so long without these. I have a job that requires copious amounts of standing, sitting in a car, and air travel - frequently in the same day. For years I have dealt with sore, achy, and puffy legs, ankles, and feet. I didn’t think there was a solution as I’d tried what felt like every shoe on the market and couldn’t figure out why I was still so uncomfortable. Until one day, a nurse that I was speaking with at a work event suggested this brand of compression socks. I was skeptical because I’d only ever thought of compression socks like my grandmother wore when I was a kid, but I ordered anyway based on the recommendation. Not only are these socks adorable and cozy, they WORK. I wore them for a 16 hour work day immediately after I got them. I forgot that I had them on pretty much right away because they are that comfortable, but when I got home at the end of the night and took them off, I nearly cried I was so happy. My legs/ankles/feet weren’t swollen at all and I realized I had made it through the entire day without any of the painful ache I was accustomed to. I washed them that night, and air dried them over a vent so I could wear them again the next day. I also ordered 4 more pairs. I hover between a size 7.5 and 8.5 depending on the shoe, so I followed the Sockwell advice to size up and I’m glad I did, the M/L still compressed successfully, and I did have a little extra room in the toes, but I think the S/M would’ve been too small and prone to wearing out sooner in the toe box due to that. I am 31 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing uncomfortable swelling in my feet and ankles for about 3 months now. I tried the compression socks from the local drug store but found them to be uncomfortable, unattractive, and expensive (around $40 a pair). I ordered a pair of these Sockwells in both the medium and firm compression - so far I've tried the medium and found them to be wonderful. I slept in them last night and woke up with actual ankles this morning, for the first time in months! My feet are still a bit swollen, but the ankles are much better. I'm a size 9 normally, so I got the medium/large size and they fit perfectly. They look like regular socks, not compression socks. They're made well, and they feel like they are massaging my aching legs when I put them on. Also, they are easier to put on than the drug store versions. I'm telling you, it's hard to wrestle tight socks on with a pregnant belly! These are a godsend. I plan to wear them as often as I can, even though summer is coming (I deliver in August). Will purchase again. Read more

I bought 2 pair of these Sockwell graduated compression knee high socks in different designs. I have found them to be very comfortable to wear. The fact that they do not bind at the knee and do not leave a groove in my leg when I take them off is great. I do quite a bit of long distance driving and find that my legs and feet no longer swell and throb when wearing these compression socks. I forget that they are compression socks and several people have said "I like your socks" because they look like ordinary knee highs. I have washed them many, many times and they have held up very well, no snags, tears, or worn spots. I have accidently thrown them in the dryer several times with no ill effects. I recommend them to those looking for graduated compression socks. Read more
