My Dermatologist Nurse Practitioner recommended Sockwell compression socks for my swollen feet, ankles and legs. I ordered a pair from Amazon. As soon as they arrived I tried them on. They fit perfectly! I loved the color and pattern . Very soft . Not really that hard to put on as I thought they might be. There's a video that shows a very easy and almost effortless way to put these socks on. They wear nicely too. Stay put and don't sag down. I thought that they might be too hot in this August heat but amazingly they didn't make my legs and feet sweat. Of course if I was going to be outside in the blazing heat for a long period I might not wear them. But just to go in and out I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable they were. Amazon has a wide variety of colors and patterns to choose from. They come in 15 to 20 mil or 20 to 30 mil. Women's sizes go by your shoe size. I absolutely love mine and plan to buy a couple more pairs. I actually look forward to wearing these and easily keep them on for 6 hours a day. They seem to energize my legs and feet. I can't say enough good things about them. I just put them in the laundry in a cold water load and I'm air drying them now. They did fine. They should last a long while with the right care. These socks are really nice. I wear an 8-8.5 shoe and the M/L fit perfectly. I don't know how that size fits larger feet, but they must stretch as the toe is not loose, but not tight in this size. I don't think I'd want the smaller size as this sock has a fair amount of compression compared to the six pack of other, lighter compression, socks I bought at the same time. I don't think this sock is particularly thick, but it is not a summer weight sock, definitely fall, winter, spring on cooler days. It is no thicker than my smart wool socks, which though not thin like dress knee highs, are not thick like older winter socks I've owned. The dots did leave marks on my legs, but it wasn't any big deal. I looked due to a previous review that mentioned this. I haven't washed and dried these yet, but I'll update if there is a problem with either. These socks are expensive, I wish they cost less as I'm interested in getting a bunch more! They are a high quality sock and the compression wasn't too much for me. I have some edema in my legs and these worked well for a long day in the car and shopping on my feet for about four hours. I wanted to take them off by the evening, but I feel that way about compression socks in general. These were knee high on me. I'm 5'5" and have long legs. They were a bit hard to put on, but I'm sure with practice it will become easier. Only getting them over my toes was and issue, but I have hip arthritis so that was part of the problem. Read more

First, these socks are cute. Compression socks can be weird looking and it's nice to see a company update their look. Second, they have a good amount of compression. This is the first pair I have ever owned and I wasn't sure what to expect. They are comfortable to wear. I think the blend of materials keeps you from getting too hot. I'm in 100 degree summer heat at the moment and haven't had issues with that. I have noticed a dramatic improvement in how my legs feel. I stand all day at work. I have much less leg fatigue. Now here are my concerns. The price was high for one pair of socks, but relatively speaking these are on the lower end of the spectrum. I only have one pair and work at least five days a week. So, of course, I wear them more often. It is unrealistic for me to wash them after every wear so I wash them after three days. Inside out like the tag suggests. The dots on the pattern are starting to get little tuffs on them. And I wonder if they are wearing out too quickly. I also have concerns with the heel wearing out. For some reason, maybe it's my shoe (Klogs) or the way I walk, I always seem to wear out the heels of my socks. I don't feel like this is a very reinforced heel and I'm worried that I will wear them out in an expensive pair of socks. Overall, not a bad pair. I think I've worn them for about three weeks now. I’ve had issues off and on with my ankles and feet swelling which is why I need compression socks. This is the 2nd pair of these socks I have purchased as I wanted another color. These socks are a little challenging to put on initially. However once I got them on, they made my legs feel good. Had a business trip last week with 2-1/2 hrs flight, then 3 hrs layover and another 2 hrs flight. Once I landed, I then had a 3 hrs drive to my destination. When I arrived at my destination, I was pleasantly surprised to find that my feet and ankles were not swollen. Then the day before my return flight, I got a mosquito bite on my ankle causing my entire ankle to swell. I put on my compression socks before boarding my first flight. Went through customs and security and boarded my second flight. By the time I arrived at home and removed the socks, I found that my ankle was still swollen from the bug bite but the swelling hadn’t gotten any worse. My other ankle was not swollen at all.
