Terrific, fun, pretty
This is a fabulous kazoo — and pretty. I recently popped it out and played it at a holiday ukulele/guitar concert and it was great fun. Initially, I had trouble understanding how to attach the lanyard. Sondery sent me a brief video that I believe they have attached to this product page now — thank you, sondery! So, on the side of my kazoo there are two white, plastic staples. I was able to thread the lanyard through those. Read more

Lanyard Attachment
Nice kazoo . . . for those wondering how to attach the lanyard, my best guess is that the string on the end of the lanyard wraps around the black circle cap that unscrews when one needs to replace the diaphragm. There is a groove around the base of the cap that the string fits into. Wish there was the ability to tighten the string, but that is not a feature. If its prone to fall off, its an easy matter to tie a knot with thread around the lanyard string of even affix a mini fishing split shot to tighten it up. Read more
Not your usual metal Kazoo
I was given a metal kazoo, but didn’t like the way it sounded. I bought this one because it had an nice design and hoped because it was not metal that it would also sound less tinny. Not disappointed on both counts, especially the sound. It’s has more of a mellow and smooth tone. I like that it comes with a fabric pouch to make it easy to carry and keep it sanitary. It also comes with five extra diaphragms and a lanyard for placing around your neck, so when I’m singing I can quickly access it to play. It is more expensive than a metal kazoo, but easily worth the few extra dollars. Read more
