SONIX Vibration Platform Workout for Cardio Workout Better Blood Circulation Bone Density Whole Body Vibration Perfect for Home

Many years ago, my massage therapist purchased a sonic vibration machine and had it out for her clients. I used it at least once a week and really wanted one, but at that time the cost was somewhat prohibitive. Through the years I have searched online for sonic vibration plates, but on closer inspection they have all been mechanical, which can potentially be hard on your joints. But about a month ago, a few things clicked and I discovered this one on Amazon. A little research showed it was the same company (which still has the much higher priced professional models) as the one my massage therapist had, but at a much more manageable price (especially going through Amazon’s purchase plan). I ordered it April 4 and it had a 2-3 week delivery estimate, but arrived yesterday, April 10. After quickly putting it together, my husband got on it first and said his legs felt like they had a workout. My only complaint is that it does not come with any information about the frequencies. After years of research and wait, I finally made the decision to buy the SONIX vibration tool to help with my bone health, circulation, and immunity. When I saw this brand years ago, I had my reservations ordering it straight from Korea - expensive shipping and lack of technical support and warranties were deal breakers. Ordering from Amazon was a breeze! I ordered on the 12th and the box was delivered on the 17th from a distributor in California. It was easy to assemble from out of the box with just three big pieces to put together and a total of 6 screws to keep them all in place. It came with its own screw driver. Operation is very quiet and is intuitive to use with just 2 modes (Manual and Auto). I chose to use the Manual mode and set it at Intensity 10 and Frequency 30, a setting that I hope would be similar to the Marodyne studies to reverse osteoporosis. There was no Exercise and Sports Reference in the package. I saw one online but was in Korean. I am hoping that the Sonix seller can at least send me one in English? Thanks again for a GREAT product. I did a lot of research before purchasing the Sonix vibration platform and I’m glad with my purchase. Unlike the cheap Chinese made vibration machines Sonix is sturdy and good quality and was easy to install. I have been using it for 3 months now and it has helped relieve the cramping and inflammation in my legs and my legs feel stronger especially going up the stairs. It has even helped me with my acid reflux. Ever since I have been vibrating on my Sonix I haven’t suffered from coughing due to stomach acid. I have been doing 10 min cycles for entire body, 10 min for legs and 10 min for upper body 3-4 times a week while watching Netflix.
