love it! been using it for two weeks now and we’ve had 5-6 inches of snow lately and it was super warm and waterproof. unfortunately its not slide proof, for snow its good but if its ice, not that good traction but still better than your regular rubber shoes. also, its important to know that this shoes has a bit of a weird sizing. size up by 1, im normally an 8.5US/40cm (+wide feet) but i got the 9.5 and it fits me perfectly well and i can wear thick socks or thin socks with it. hope this helps! I loved the look of this boot. Seems high quality. Sizing shouldn't be such an issue. I ordered a full size up based on reviews. They might have been OK, but were still a snug fit. But they are not easy to get on - not sure that another size up would have helped. Beautiful boots. Order up at least 1 full size. If they had a side zipper I'd likely still have mine. That was the deal breaker for me. There are too many great options to settle for a boot that doesn't slide on in an easier manner. Read more

I sized up based on reviews consistently saying to do so. I normally wear a 6.5 in Sorel, which always fits, and I have a lot of Sorel boots. I happened to be wearing thick socks when I initially tried on this pair, so I expected them to be snug. But my feet slipped right in. And out. I could not walk in them comfortably because they were sliding up and down my heel. When I tried them on with thin socks, wow. I felt like I was wearing clown shoes, and my feet wouldn't even stay in unless tightly laced. Perhaps there is a quality control issue? Seems odd for Sorel, just based on my past experience. In addition to the sizing, they seem poor quality. They looked a bit scuffed right out of the box, and they have a weird and sloppy looking...hem? I am not sure what is the right word for it. where the front top of the shoe meets the sides around the toe box. I don't know whether they are supposed to be like that...? Did someone buy and return these before me? In short, I'm disappointed with the purchase, and I will be returning the shoes. Read more
