Good product that saves a lot of time. It’s also nice because it cooks very quickly compared to fresh sweet potatoes. It’s nice being able to pull this out of my freezer and add not only nutritional value to my meals, but to also be able to do it quickly and easily. These are great in my southwestern style dishes. Make sure you add them at the end of your cooking if you plan to cook them stove top, because they can become mushy if you cook them for too long. You could also cook them separately in the oven and add them to your dish afterwards, or simply eat them as a side. These cook really fast, so be mindful of how long you cook them for. Otherwise they can break down and become almost like mashed sweet potatoes. This is essentially the only frozen sweet potato product available, so they have my recommendation. Read more
