When asked what one thing in my kitchen I would not want to live without, this got my vote! I use mine several times a week. It is easy to use with consistent results and requires no power but my pumping motion. However, I gave one to a friend who kept it for several months and returned it to me. Said she preferred her whisk…a victim of habit. Different strokes for different folks. I still would never give mine up and now I have a backup!! One word of caution though ~ hand wash only. Do not place in the dishwasher ~ I ruined one doing this once. But cleanup is simple. Hot water in a bowl, a squirt of dish detergent, pump a few times, rinse, and done! Read more

Not sure what I was expecting. It works as advertised, but I'm not sure it does any better or with less effort than hand mixing with a wire whisk. In fact, if you really want to beat something well, you are probably better off with a traditional egg beater with a handle, which likely will get you whipped cream far faster than this devise. Otherwise, this scrambler is nice, and likely great for a person who can't use a two handed beater. My young granddaughters had a lot of fun with it, so it wasn't a wasted effort by any means. This worked great initially, but it didn't last long, he had to throw it away because it stopped working (maybe it was user error? We blamed the dishwasher, but can't be sure) Read more
