Overall, a better product than I expected. It would be perfect if it were a "T" shape rather than an "L" shape, but it does the job regardless. Because it's an "L" shape, some crumbs still get wedged in there and require taking it out pretty regularly to keep clean. Other than that, it does keep the space beneath it clean, which is what it's supposed to do. The metal vanes in it bend out stiffly to hold it snugly in place regardless of gap size, so that was a good design. Read more
These were easy to install, and look great! The very tiny gap between my stove and counter no longer fills with bits of food. It's very easy to wipe clean now. No more digging and getting out a piece of paper to run through the divide! Very low profile as well. Is also extremely adjustable if the divide between stove and counter is wider. Read more
We had to purchase a new stove which created a gap between it and the counters. I don’t know anyone who has anything like this, so I didn’t know what to expect. There are 3 clips along the side, I believe that provide added tension so the gap covers don’t shift. They don’t feel flimsy at all and fit perfectly without needing to be cut. I don’t imagine hey will prevent spills from oozing down the sides though. Hopefully I won’t spill anything! I cooked bacon the other day and they resisted the heat just fine and cleaned well. I have to be honest…I’m not super thrilled with these gap covers. The reviews I read prior to purchasing sounded promising, so I took a chance and ordered them. They’re not horrible. They just don’t provide enough coverage. I was hopeful they would completely block the entire gap between the stove and the countertop, but crumbs still manage to squeeze down in there. Thankfully I haven’t had any liquid spill because these covers would be no match for that. On the positive side, they adjust to the depth of your counter top and do offer some protection. Some is better than none! They also look much nicer than the ugly rubber gap cover I used to have. These are black metal and look more like a nice trim piece. Some reviews stated the metal was sharp, but if you’re careful when installing them that won’t be a problem. Read more
I love it! Second one I've bought. It fits perfectly and looks good. Great quality. Others edges are to sharp. The only problem I had was the package arrive tore up from the corners and middle part of package was missing. Read more
