It makes adjusting steam levels effortless without walking back to the base unit. The performance is excellent. It heats up within seconds of powering on, and the steam output is strong and consistent. The three steam levels are genuinely useful — low for lighter tasks, medium for bathrooms and tile, and high for tougher grease and grout. It delivers powerful cleaning without chemicals, which I really appreciate. The built-in water tank is another thoughtful feature. The large capacity allows for extended cleaning sessions, and I especially like that it includes a drain plug on the bottom. That makes it easy to empty and clean the tank when you’re done using it — something my other steamer does not have. The stowable carrying handle is also a nice touch, making it easy to move and store. The included accessories provide great versatility for tackling everything from grout and shower doors to kitchen grease and windows. If I had one minor nitpicky detail, it would be that the temperature display only reads in Celsius, with no clear way to switch to Fahrenheit. If that option exists, it’s not mentioned anywhere in the manual. It’s not a deal breaker, but it would be helpful for U.S. users. I also wish there were a built-in wand holder for storage convenience. Overall, this is a powerful, fast-heating, well-designed steam cleaner with smart features that make it easy to use. I use it mainly for the bathroom and floors, and the high-pressure steam really helps break down grime in places that are normally hard to scrub, especially grout and shower areas. One thing I appreciate is how quickly it heats up, within seconds you’re ready to start cleaning. The steam is strong enough to loosen grease, soap scum, and buildup without needing harsh chemicals, which makes the whole process feel easier and safer. The large tank is also very convenient because you can clean for quite a while without constantly refilling it. I like that it comes with multiple attachments too, since they make it easier to reach corners, tight spaces, and different surfaces around the home. None of my issues comes from the device's function, but more from its ergonomics and how you interact with it. It needs more control and an on-off switch of sorts. It's a bit awkward to store; being able to wrap the home and the power cord around the base would have been nice. Please include the functions, instructions, or tips for using the device. Overall, it needs more controls, not just one button to hit or hold. The cleaning tube is very hard to manage and coil. The drain and fill holes are interesting; the drain plug is on the bottom, but you need to be very sure it's seated well and sealed, so when you do fill it, it doesn't leak. I like its hidden handle. That's nice. The power cord and the tube to the nozzle are of decent length. It's a steam cleaner, it's nothing fancy. Read more
Fast heating, high power, endless steam. I'm quite pleased with how great this steam cleaner works, far better than the Bissel one it's replacing. The cleaner comes with a large assortment of attachments for various types of deep cleaning. The large water tank provides plenty of capacity for most cleaning needs, and the high power can use the entire tank nonstop. Very easy to use, just fill the tank, add your attachment and press the power button. This is easily twice as powerful as my old Bissel steam clean for half the price, it's a great value. Read more
The media could not be loaded. I'm obsessed and I had a feeling I would be. This is light weight, simple and fun to use. Just for the simple fact that it disinfects, I had plenty of things dirty to clean or 'steam.' Be careful it is very hot if you get close to the steam. I added a video cleaning the glass shower doors that never seem to get clean and in less than a minute it's done. It was so fun to use I forgot I was recording and started working on the door and then the bathroom sink (don't worry I cut that out so it wasn't too long). I honestly lost track of time for how long I used this, but I still had more than half a tank. You could easily do long or big projects without refilling or only doing it once. It doesn't hinder the portability either so all in all I think this is amazing for the price! Read more
