Just open the box and the pieces do not seem to clap also based on the picture I haven’t received all the items to operate this. Also trying to actually use it and it’s not steaming. It’s been sitting here plugged in for some time.. the accessory and the brush do not seem to stay close. There’s no way to twist it. Turn it and lock it in. Read more
The media could not be loaded. This is a great quality steam machine. It has several useful attachments, everything from various sized brushes, as well as a floor and glass/mirror cleaner. It is fairly compact in size with a generous cord length. (I wished it had a cord wrapping cleat.) the steam want or handle itself has a lockable feature. Etter locking it on, or off. That made it really easy when doing larger areas. I did my grill and it erased years of old grime with zero chemicals. That is a huge plus. I filled it with its included funnel and measuring cup with 50oz of water and was able to clean for more than 30 minutes straight. It goes up to 45min but I was done with my project. I've put this steamer through a variety of tough cleaning jobs, and it has exceeded all my expectations. I love its versatility; it effortlessly cleans everything from my car's wheels and carpets to bathroom sinks and my dogs' bowls. The large water capacity and multi-use tools were the biggest selling points for me. While it takes a little longer to heat up, it's a huge improvement over my previous model since I'm no longer constantly refilling the tank.
