The media could not be loaded. Product is easy to use. Put water in, plug it in, select heat on dial, turn on. Takes a few sec to come alive then cleaning power is on! Have used this is help in cleaning the kitchen, stubborn things on tile and in bathroom, and even helps in detailing my cars! Only downfall would be an extension cord is needed the cord provided is not too long. But is not a dealbreaker or require less starts. The supplied cord is enough for basic home uses just may have to unplug to move to new location. But either way helps with cleaning hard to reach cracks and crevasses!! Read more

The media could not be loaded. I have used this for a few days and have found some pros and cons. Unfortunately, the cons outweigh the pros. Pros: The handle is lightweight. It holds plenty of water. Came with gloves and attachments. Cons. No instructions on how to connect attachments. Learned by trial and error. The on/off button is on the base and makes it inconvenient to turn off when handling a hot stream of water. Level 6 is the best, but even at level 6, I was able to run my hand through the hot steaming stream. It did not do well in removing stuck-on grime. (It removes dirt and grime that can be removed with a scrubbing pad/sponge.) The device stream is not consistent, it regularly sputters. At $59, I do find this steamer high in price compared to other similar steamers. note: I have a hand-held steam cleaner that I was able to compare this to and although this device is easier to handle it does not have the hot, powerful steam I was expecting. Also, when I opened this device this was noticeable wear on the handle as well as water spots. Read more
