this is the first steam cleaner I've purchased. over all I like the way it functions very easy and straight forward. the instructions are written in tiny font * tip take a photo with your phone so you can zoom * I'm wandering all over the house looking for things to clean. even used it to steam a jacket that has been wrinkled from the back of the closet. the only thing I dont like is that idk how to drain out the water in the tank after the job is done. I dont want to store it that way so I either have to look for other things to clean to use up the tank or I dont fill it all the way.
