I’m honestly really impressed with this steam mop. It heats up quickly and does a great job cleaning my floors without needing any harsh chemicals, which I love. I mainly use it on my tile and laminate floors, and it removes dirt and sticky spots with almost no effort. The steam is strong enough to sanitize but not so much that it leaves the floors soaking wet. My floors dry pretty quickly afterward, which is a huge plus. The mop is also lightweight and easy to maneuver, so cleaning doesn’t feel like a workout. Another thing I like is how simple it is to refill the water tank and change the mop pads. I’ve owned a steam mop in the past, it was more $ and died after a few uses. I thought I’d try again because I loved the steam clean process. We bought this one for tile, hardwood and hoped the steaming attachments would help with my dirty grout and some windows. Well … I was speechless with how much it helped with the grout! Years worth of dirt with a couple passes with one of the attachments evaporated years of dirt and yet didn’t seem to damage the grout. It’s time to seal it again but I’ve not wanted to because of the discoloration and I hadn’t found anything to help clean it. I figured we’d have to live with it. Who knew a steam machine would be so exiting!!! After I did the grout I swapped easily to the mop head and it cleaned it all up beautifully!! I missed having this kind of clean. The machine is well built and easy to use out to the box. It’s quiet. Has a nice cord length, heats up quickly - faster than my previous. And it replaces two machines because the attachments make it versatile and the handle decreases for smaller jobs. So happy!!!! Read more
First steam mop ever! Have faux “unsealed” wood floors throughout house. Was fearful if steam cleaning may affect floors. Price was right to give it a try. Guess time will tell. So far, so good. Easy assembly, seems to clean well, water heats up fast, although water container “looks” small, was able to steam clean one small bedroom twice & hallway. Still has enough water to do kitchen w/out having to refill tank. Living in the south, we have a Lot of pollen. Liked the added attachments to hopefully clean hard-to-get to window frames & small crevices on storm doors. May make a mess but worth trying. Only concern is it not having an on/off switch. Has to be plugged in for on & unplugged to turn off. Did a search for “steam mops” that don’t require distilled water. This item came up. Was a bit deceiving in description swapping the word “distilled” w/“pure”. Not really an issue for me b/c we don’t have “hard” water & if/when minerals build up, can be cleaned w/white vinegar. All in all, seems to be cleaning Lots better than other methods I’ve tried & happy w/purchase. Read more

This is a simple steam mop that works great. I have used it twice as of this review. It was easy to assemble with minimal parts. It also included additional tools for making cleaning easier. My first project was to clean my laminate and ceramic floors. I liked that I do not have to buy any additional cleaners, or extra pads. The floor pads (2) are attached via Velcro and stayed put during my first level cleaning and are machine washable. I found it easy to remove stuck on spots by letting it steam a bit more and adding elbow grease! My second attempt was to clean my leather couches. I changed the attachment, lowered the handle so I could easily clean. I was surprised by the steam and the wiping away of the ingrained dirt in the grain of the leather. I used a microfiber cloth to wipe clean. So far, I really like this simple mop with attachments. It has a long cord for easy reach. It prefers distilled water, so that is the only purchase unless you diy your own ( yes you can)! I’m hopefully for many more cleanings with this new addition to my cleaning arsenal. Read more
