This is the Mighty Mite of cleaners! I am so impressed, first of all with all of the various ways to clean. I have grooved floor board trim and this not only cleans all the grooves, but gets hidden dirt out between the tile & board, especially where the dip in the grout is. My doors are also grooved, and this gets into the corners where it is hard to clean, even with a Mr Clean sponge. If you have sensitive ears like me, I suggest earplugs as it is the powerful steam "ssss" that out the nozzle, while the machine itself is virtually silent. I was also surprised that they gave only one cloth to follow up after steaming a place, but then realized that much of the water goes into the air, and the tank holds 1 cup of DISTILLED water (so it doesn't gum up the motor w/hard water/calcium). The cloth easily holds all the residue. I cleaned my whole kitchen and hallway, all the grooved cabinet doors & other things with only 1 cup of water! WOW. I highly recommend this powerful, small, steamer! Heat up time is 10 min, but you can be preparing the area during that time. No water leakage either. It comes with multiple tools and are neatly packed in the front "hood" for storage. And on top of it all, it is CUTE! It doesn't have all the pieces—most of them are missing. To be honest, I didn't like it at all. I wouldn't give it a rating, but the system doesn't let you leave feedback without assigning at least one star to express your dissatisfaction... Many pieces are missing and simply weren't included. We’ve been looking at these for awhile and igot one for xmas. Shipped quick. Used it yesterday and it is very easy to use . I cleaned the bathroom in our garage thats all ceramic and it done a fantastic job. As soon as its warm enough we’re going to try it on our grills and then our curtains. Love it being on wheels and the hose makes all then difference allng with all the different attachments. It was a great buy and works great. Read more
