Makes a really wonderful hojicha latte!
It is very lightly sweetened in a way that is wonderfully balanced with the hojicha! I always mix with milk and use a small handheld frother (as recommended on the box) to make it especially smooth. Read more

Really my favorite daily matcha. I've tried a lot, and appreciate that you can still get some of the roasted leaf notes in this powder. I always use a bamboo whisk and it turns out perfectly. Read more
I didn't know what Matcha was before this!
This Matcha is the most beautiful color and has the freshest taste. Done are the days of trusting a coffee shop or a cafe with my matcha lattes - I have evolved and so should you! Buy this! The only thing is that I wish it came with a container and a whisk... I reused another loose tea tin I had and I froth the matcha with some hot water and a milk frother.
