I have purchased other Sunco LED bulbs and have always been impressed with the quality. These 4 ft bulbs are no exception and produce a range of color and brightness settings and come on instantly. I removed the ballasts and made the appropriate wiring changes which was very simple. You will need to pay attention when installing the bulbs and make sure that the slide switch faces outwards. The hardest part of changing out old florescent tubes for these was having to be on, and working overhead on, a 12' ladder. So, if you have high ceilings you will need good balance. What I liked is that there are 5 settings of light color to chose from. I set mine one down from daylight, which reduced intensity and was perfect for over the kitchen and in the laundry room with the diffuser covers back on. What I don't like, which is a smaller thing, is that they are not dimmable. Something that I did not consider during purchase. Still, they don't need the ballast, which you can cut out and remove. So, no future leakage/heating from them either. And... they light up INSTANTLY with ZERO flickering!!! Thus, in comparison to what I had, they are a 100% improvement. If anything, I wish I had done this sooner. PS: If you buy these, you only have to rewire the inside of the fixture. Just watch a few You"Tube" videos first, and be careful on that ladder! Read more

We bought these bulbs for are church we switch over to led bulbs we bought 100 bulbs two 50 packs and we are completely 100% satisfied with this product especially since you can adjust the color settings so far been done for a week so if you are in the market to change over from florescent bulbs to led get rid of ballast and some wiring this is the way to go Read more

I've been slowly converting all my four foot fluorescents to LED lamps, and finally got around to doing the computer room fixture. Unfortunately the wife didn't like the cool white bulbs I had used in the garage, so something warmer was needed. Since these are switchable, they worked perfectly and the wife is now happy. What really amazed me was the excellent ten page user manual accompanying the units. Anymore, it seems you have to go to a website to download instructions, many times a poor translation which was not even worth the bother. Sometimes the poor translations were actually comical... This one is well written and covers every conceivable type of lamp and installation. Read more

These lights are awesome! I replaced over 100 fluorescent lights in my retail store with these, and they have changed the entire look of my store for the better. People are commenting like crazy about the big upgrade. We did receive a few broken bulbs, which is to be expected when shipping over 100 bulbs, but customer service got them replaced lightning quick.
