Fantastic stand! I use it every single day. It doesn’t come close to replacing my gooseneck stand, but it’s perfect for working on the couch or watching a movie, especially since my husband and son tend to commandeer the TV. Assembly was quick and easy. I do think the price is a little steep, but understandable for the quality. Size-wise, it’s great. It holds my iPad, Kindle Paperwhite, phone, Kindle Scribe, and even my laptop, which is incredibly convenient. My only complaints are the cup holder placement and that I wish the neck extended just a bit higher. Overall, I’m really happy with it! Read more

I love this SupeDesk. I like to read in bed before sleeping. Phones pads and books, especially hardcovers, can be fatiguing even painful to hold for a long time. This pillow desk is the most comfortable and the best phone pad holder I've found. It is well made. It's cozy on my lap and on my belly and is easy to adjust. Hooray for a great product! Read more

A couple of years ago, I was in a pretty bad car accident and lost most of the use of my left arm. As a result, I've become a bit of a connoisseur when it comes to lap desks. I ordered this one because it looked slightly more compact and portable than others in this particular style. It is in fact very lightweight. I love that about it. It's also clearly very well made - the fabric is soft and well sewn, and everything feels pretty sturdy, not cheap. The top itself is plastic, and I do have some concerns about the long-term stability of the mouse pad feature, but more on that in a minute. The biggest problem I have with it is that it's not really a very good size for someone with a laptop bigger than 15 in. I have a 15.6 in. Omni book that converts into a tablet, and it overlaps on both sides when sitting on this. Which is fine, I can still use this as a regular writing desk, as well as a handy lap desk for using with tablets, e-readers, and cell phones. The plastic lid itself has two rubber grippers on the top to keep your laptop or book from sliding around. They are a bit inhibitive if you want to use this to write on paper without something hard underneath it. There is an interior compartment that you open up by popping off the square piece of the lid in the center of the top. This lid also has magnetic flaps that fold down and attach to the interior compartment, which converts it into a mouse pad. This is a super handy feature, and while not very useful if you have a larger laptop, still great if you like using a mouse in conjunction with your tablet or e-reader. I do have some concerns as previously mentioned about the longevity of the mouse pad because of the way it folds down in one area. I will update if my concerns end up being valid. That aside, it is also a little bit flimsy when converted into mouse mode. The small magnetized part that bends in to the compartment to attach is not nearly as flush and strongly held as I would like it. Half of the mouse pad itself hangs over the edge, and with these two issues combined, it would be very easy to catapult your mouse to the other side of the room, but I am extremely klutzy and naturally prone to these kinds of theatrics, so YMMV. There is also a holder for your drinks inside the compartment, although this does not seem very practical as I generally don't like keeping open containers of liquids around my electronic devices or important paperwork. Since the bottom of this lap desk is made of a soft fabric that does not appear to be easily taken off to throw in the washing machine, and because it is padded inside with some kind of shredded porous material, it's not something I would suggest for eating and drinking. The mount itself snaps in very easily. It held my 11-in. tablet in portrait mode without any difficulty. The arm is sturdy and I did not have any concerns about counterbalance, and could rotate the tablet as needed. It will also hold a smartphone in landscape mode. All in all, it's a much nicer model than most of the others in this price point I have purchased before. I am very pleased with it, even if it was not very practical for my original intended purpose, a laptop. It would be great for anyone who had a smaller laptop, as well as anyone who uses a lot of electronic devices in general. A good value for the money, would definitely recommend. Read more
