They stick really well and stay on all night without peeling off, even when I toss and turn. These strips were it good. It didn’t have any structure (I.e. band) to keep my nostrils apart. It just felt like I was using a bandaid on my nose. Save your money and don’t purchase this one. There are other brands that work better. Read more

These are the most effective strips I’ve found for opening up the nostrils and improving airflow, especially at night. They make a noticeable difference in breathing while sleeping.
