its my number one soap
the only bad thing is the cap, i have to replace it with a cap i got elsewhere, it's hard to open. but otherwise the soap cleans better than any other soap i've used. the almond smell doesn't knock you over like it does in Dr Bronners. it doesn't suds up like a normal soap, because it doesn't have any lauryl sulfates (i'm allergic to that), i like the shea version because it leaves my skin smooth. when i was using up other soaps the other day, i found the other stuff was hard to wash off, and one soap stripped all my oils off (it was something from burts bees). this soap comes off clean and fast. your left clean and fresh, and i guess moist. well beyond shower moist anyway. not a dirty kind of moist, if you have a dirty mind, just you know soft.
