I have a very deep mattress and this fits like a dream… I did not give it a rating on the water resistant feature because I did not have to use that yet. No spots or stains yet either so not sure if it is easy to clean but judging by the material, it seems like it would be. The bamboo keeps me cool until early morning. Then it starts warming up. The reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because, it does tend to slide a bit on the top of the mattress so, before I go to bed at night, I stretch it to the front a little. It did have a touch of noise in the first two days due to the waterproofing but, I do not notice it anymore. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.
