I bought severl use them in the kitchen and in my shop. The capacity is larger than some similar scales. The accuracy is good. It display is bright and easy to read. This scale is thinner than some others I have. Standard batteries, last “forever”. I use these extensively in the shop to track the drying progress of wet wood blanks by weighing periodically and recording the weight. When the weight quits dropping, the wood blank is at EMC (dry). I bought this as a replacement for an identical scale that quit working. In fairness, I use the scale to weight horse feed. Twice a day for six years in a barn with no heat, and lots of hay dust. I would expect much longer life if used in a nice clean home kitchen environment. I can even weigh feed in a bucket, but thar requires a balancing act since the scale table is smaller than the bucket and the numbers are part.y obscured. Read more

I had purchased a scale years ago that manually had to be set to 0 after pre-weighing a container. The container that came with it was okay but small, not sure how accurate, the scale platform wasn't level, and storing took up room. This Taylor Digital scale is slim for storage and easy to use. I was baking a cake and was following a recipe by weight - this scale skipped numbers; even though I was adding sprinkles one at a time it wouldn't hit the target number. It's a shame, the size was good for mixing bowls and dinner plates and was easy to clean. Read more

Following a low carb regimen is easy with this product. It is extremely easy to use. The numbers are large and bright; conversions are simple. It is very easy to clean and store.
