Very good value for under $20. . Using is very simple. I just inserted the battery, plopped it on the ground, and it worked right away. I did not even read the instructions. . Storage is simple. The item is very slim and compact, so you just slide it away after use. I slid mine under my dresser. . Came with Maxwell batteries which I recognize. These may not be Duracell or Energizer batteries, but these are not some unrecognizable batteries either. . Craftsmanship is solid. Heavy glass top which can be easily cleaned. The glass top corners are beveled smooth, so that there is not danger of cutting or scratching yourself. The bottom has 4 backings which slide smoothly across hard wood floor. You do not even have to lift and can just slide this scale along the floor or push slide with your feed. Read more

This is a replacement for the exact same model which worked great for many years. It is attractive, accurate and very reasonably priced. Read more

Nice looking scale which seems as well made as other scales out there at a good price. Took out of box, installed batteries and when you step onto scale it automatically turns on, no having to tap or bang on like other scales. Stepped on and off a bunch or times to test repeatability and weight did not change at all and was accurate. Read more

Scale seems nice . . . not sure how accurate . . . differs from #s at cardiac rehab . . . numbers seem to bounce around and not settle sometimes . . . will keep and try not to move it, however, when it's tucked in between two bathroom counters, it has to be moved for use and this then calls for re-setting weight. . . hope I'll like it, but too soon to tell. Had my old scale (also Taylor) so long the step part was disintegrating. So naturally I selected Taylor again. This one is sleek and modern looking. Best of all, you can just step on, stand, step off...and here is your weight. The old one you had to tap to activate. Read more

At first I wanted to buy a fancy scale with fat% but after reading how inaccurate they are decided for something basic. I thought the screen was too big initially but now I like it-i don't have to wear my glasses to see how much I weigh. And it lights up. Looks sleek Comes with batteries which probably increased the price compared to others. I liked it enough I bought one for my parents.my dad said it showed him as 5lbs lighter compared to the other scale (maybe the other scales showed him 5lbs heavier??). On both scales I bought I weight the same. Use the scale as a trend monitor and not for an up to the ounce accuracy. Read more

I needed a scale per my Dr as I'm taking meds that could make me either gain a lot of weight or make me lose a lot of weight. I invested in this so I could keep track as we all stay home and can't go to the dr's and use their scale! Haha! But in all seriousness, I do enjoy this scale. The only thing I'm worried about, is that it's glass. Or a glass like material. So I hope I don't break it but, it seems really sturdy. I'll update if there are any changed but as of right now, 5/5 would recommend to a friend! Read more

It is a beautiful scale, perfect size, easy to read. I just hope my husband doesn't drop anything on it, because it is real glass. I thought it would be acrylic or something more sturdy for a bath room. Our old one got drowned in a water leak, yes electronic scales don't like floods. Of course a mechanical one probably would have rusted.... Read more
