Just got my vest delivered and I'm pretty impressed. I went with my normal size and it fits perfectly, so definitely ignore the size chart included. It's a nice mid-weight material and I think it'll get a lot of use this winter. I'm not sure about durability but it seems well made. I think they're casual but could be worn in the office.
