I actually love these. In one use I saw a significant difference! I forgot to take a before picture so took one in the middle of applying these. I have tried purple toothpaste, I tried the "paint on" whitening tube stuff, I've done other whitening strips. These are amazing. I had high high hopes seeing a lot of videos for these purple whitening strips. I was a little disappointed. I followed the instructions to a tee! There are 14 packets in the box. The instructions aren't great. The box has a gradient on the side for progress comparison. It also has the only picture showing you which strip is top and bottom. The strips are dark blue and textured. The first time, I was thinking "I'll put these on, commute to work (in the dark), and take them off when I get there." That was a mistake. Without a mirror, I reached in to remove the strips but noticed the thin plastic covers came off clear. Maybe the blue changed to clear? Nope! My teeth were covered in a thick blue jelly that was hard to get off with a tongue. I spent the next 20 minutes trying to rub it off with my finger before experiencing the judgement of my peers. Anyways, the next applications went much smoother. Brush your teeth, put these on at home for 30 minutes as instructed, then brush the blue jelly off. They did a pretty decent job of removing years of coffee stains. Hopefully no enamel damage in the process. Had a bit of trouble getting it in place. The other strips I've tried (plastic) are more sticky than this one. I think maybe I had too much saliva on my mouth right as I was applying it. So I recommend drying your teeth with a rag or paper towel before applying it. When you remove it 30 minute later, the plastic strip actually comes off and the "fabric" that these are made off actually has melted and sunk into the teeth crevases.
