My teeth aren't too yellow but since I drink a lot of sodas/coffee/tea I can notice that they're not as white as they used to be. So I decided to look at alternative options to the name brand white strips (because those other brands make my teeth sensitive). These don't impact my teeth sensitivity and that's why I like them. The natural ingredients make it so that it's not only safe for my teeth, but I don't have them hurting afterwards. It says to use from 30-60 minutes and I use it for the full hour to gain the most progress. Hopefully 14 treatments gets me the results I want. If not I'll buy another since they're affordable! These whitening strips work as they say. The packaging is also really cute. They leave a residue on your teeth afterwards, but you brush it off and it gets rid of it easy. Also, I like the snugger fit on these. Some other white strips slide around in my mouth while wearing them and get irritating, but these donโt. These whitening strips do help whiten teeth without sensitivity, which was the main reason I wanted to try them. I have sensitive teeth and gums, and I didnโt experience any pain or irritation at all while using these. After a couple of treatments, I noticed my teeth looked brighter and more polished, especially considering theyโre peroxide free. My only downside is the gel left over after removing the strips. It leaves a noticeable residue on your teeth, and you really have to brush your teeth afterward to get it completely off. I have used a popular brand of whitening strips that have peroxide as an ingredient for years now. Sometimes find my teeth becoming sensitive after using them so I began looking for peroxide free whitening options. I found peroxide free whitening strips so I ordered a package of 7 treatments or 14 Peroxide Free Whitening Strips for Sensitive Teeth and Enamel Safe, from the Boca Bella Store. I noticed that the active ingredient is sodium bicarbonate, which is effective at removing surface stains. I read that using sodium bicarbonate daily can be rough on the enamel. The dry-strip formula blends sodium bicarbonate with gentle coconut oil and to help lift stains and whiten teeth whereas the papaya enzyme helps protect the gums. Other ingredients are green tea and mint. The strips are easy to use and great for travel. I applied one strip to my top row of teeth and then one strip to my bottom teeth. The adhesive kept the strips in place and I did not have to adjust or worry about them falling off for the duration of the 30 minute treatment time. For best results, avoid eating, sleeping, or smoking while wearing the strips. These strips are less expensive than the ones I've used before and these strips whiten almost as well as the strips using peroxide. For the long term, I believe that perioxide free strips are safer for my enamel. The instructions say that I can use these strips daily, but I don't want or need to whiten daily. I think that a 5 star rating for the Boca Bella peroxide free whitening strips is appropriate. Read more
