This is the best pill organizer on the market. The only problem for me is setting the alarms. I think that could have been easier, but then again another person may find the instructions adequate. I would suggest this for anyone setting meds for parents that need reminding. My mom has Alzheimer's and she can use it, but I use it for her without the alarm set now. Read more

Prior to buying this medication management system I was skipping meds for 3 days in row because I would forget, but worse than that I was having problems with accidental overdoses. I would think I had not taken my meds and take them repeatedly only to fall into unconsciousness. It turns out people do not like finding you unconscious. They get very upset. I had to do something to take care of the problem. I researched different brands, but liked this one the best. The alarm is so loud I can hear it downstairs and that is not even on the loudest setting. Then I know to go upstairs and take my meds. I do not take my meds unless the alarm rings so I do not have any overdoses anymore. I do not skips my meds anymore. I feel relaxed because everything is smooth as silk now. I was worried the plastic would be thin and break easily. This is not the case. It is holding up well after six months of use. Sure figuring out how to set the alarm times was not intuitive, but by following the directions in the book I set my alarms. I kept the book for when I must the change the batteries and reset the alarm clock. Once the clock is set up it is a breeze. I just hit the "alarm acknowledgment button" and the alarm clock talks to me to tell me the time, take your pills and the next alarm will be tomorrow morning at 9:00 AM. The talking alarm feature is a safety check and lets me know I am on track. Once I hit the "alarm acknowledgment button" the clock will no longer beep for that time and it resets to beep for the next alarm. If I do not acknowledge the alarm it will beep again and again every couple of minutes until I press the button. Read more
