Be sure to clean your face thoroughly and dry it completely before using these patches. I do recommend leaving on overnight. While I like hydrocolloid patches, I tend to prefer to purchase them from companies that manufacture in Korea, Japan, or the US, so I can be certain that what's on the label is what I'm putting on my skin. These are made in China, which can be good or bad, but when I tried to go to the website listed on the box it didn't exist. Which doesn't give me confidence in the brand. This package comes with 48 patches, half are small and half are larger size. I've used them several times on problem areas and haven't had any issues with them. Your skin should be washed before use or else oils from your skin will move the patches. When these are on my face, these are nearly invisible. I really like these patches. I have really sensitive skin and these don't bother me at all. There's a bunch of different sizes for any type of blemish spot.
