Blue and stretchy
This is a blue therapy band, and it’s very stretchy. Not as stretchy as red and yellow, not as stretchy as green, but more stretchy than the black and gold bands you can use to do strengthening exercises. It will make you stronger than using green blue or yellow bands, but not as strong as using black or gold bands. Read more

Great for Physical Therapy
I went to physical therapy to repair the rotator cuff in my right shoulder, and they gave me one of these bands for continuing exercises after I had completed my physical therapy. Eventually, the green band snapped into two pieces (I must be getting stronger!), and I ordered this one to replace the one that broke. It seems to be identical to the band that the physical therapist gave me. Read more
