Find them great for working and stretching(relaxing) muscles. This set includes a wide variety of strengths..just right for me/most everyone. Read more
Not quite
So the resistance is wrong. It is listed as yellow being the lightest, and red being the next lightest, and that is switched. The red is the lightest. My physical therapist uses these same bands and hers are correct, and it makes it even more obvious that mine are not. Secondly, with one month of regular use, the yellow band snapped. Read more
