I got this for my wife who unfortunately frequently gets migraines. This is a big improvement over the ice pack wrapped in a towel. It is very well made and comfortable and soothing to wear. However, it is very cold when it comes out of the freezer and we find it needs to warm up for a couple minutes before putting it on. That said, it stays cold for a while which is appreciated. You don't get a lot of cooling time out of it before it starts to lose its effectiveness.
