I hurt my wrist and also suffer from carpal tunnel. This little wrap does an amazing job. I’ve only used it for the ice pack so far. It gets really really cold! I ended up keeping it in my fridge. It stays really cold for at least 20 min. It’s easy to put on and take off. It does have a little weight to it, but not enough to cause any issues with holding things or hand fatigue. It fits really well and not loose. I have small hands and it lands perfectly on wrist area to help with my carpel tunnel. I’ve not heated it up yet so I’m not too sure how the warm part will work out. I’m hoping it works just as well. Definitely glad I bought this! Great value!! Read more
This is a great hand/wrist /thumb brace! I have Dequierveins - and this really helps with a nice pressure, and love that it can be heated or cooled. The heat feels so good- I do wish it would stay warm longer, but this is a very comfortable slip on hand brace- it lets me still use my hand but keeps it stabilized - def one of the better hand braces I have had- ( and I have tried tons of them! I absolutely love this ice pack wrap! It gets so cold in my freezer that I have to leave it out for about 5 minutes before I can put it on. It holds the cold for at least 15-20 minutes. This is the perfect therapeutic time. It is not recommended by health professionals (per my research and own knowledge, not to be mistaken with professional advice.) I have initially used it for a sprained wrist & thumb. I was worried about the ease of sliding this on as I also have bruised and fractured ribs. This high-quality glove is soft, incredibly comfortable and an effective way to ice my de Quervain’s wrist and thumb issue. It pulls on easily and the built-in soft gel delivers a fast cold result - almost too cold right at first. I have found that the coldness ebbs away faster than it does with my other icing devices, but I think it is a worthwhile product to add to a mix of approaches.
