TheraSpecs Pilot Glasses for Light Sensitivity Bundle

I couldn't wait for these to arrive! I got both indoor and outdoor glasses. I put the on immediately. Holy SMOKES! Within seconds, my eyes were like.... Oh yeaaaaah. I suffer from headaches all day, everyday. I put off getting these because of the price but with summer upon us and being incredibly photosensitive, I bought these. Yes, the indoor ones looks pink through the lenses but how else do you think they're going to work. The fit is amazing and I feel kinda cool wearing them. I will need to update after more time wearing, but so far, so GREAT! I stepped outside to check out the sunglass version and I felt like I was seeing for the first time. I intentionally looked at the sun with the glasses on and then off. Whoa! What a difference. I don't typically like polarized lenses, which these are but I'll take them. I've made the house into a cave so hopefully I can stop living like a vampire and get some much needed vitamin D. My eyes feel soothed and comfy. As far as the asthetic of the glasses, I thought the rim would be silver. They are a gold color. I actually prefer this. Exceeding my expectations so far! I have been taking Excedrine Migraine everyday for the last 3 years or so. I noticed that my migraines & headaches would get so much worse if I was outside for more than 30 minutes (Texas heat) and not even meds would take the pain away. These arent worth the money. I have $10 sunglasses that feel better than these. The quality is poor and the indoor glasses make EVERYTHING look pink. I went to the mall and these did NOT help with the indoor lighting. The outdoor sunglasses do NOT help either. I returned these the same day. Read more

Honestly I found reliable light sensitivity migraine relief with these, sometimes it would prevent an oncoming migraine other times it let me function without retreating to a dark room, 10% of the time it didn’t help only because I didn’t have access to them soon enough after the light sensitivity kicked in. My only major complaint is the quality, the light colored pair has glass lenses which broke easily, the dark lenses appear to be a scratch resistant plastic but they don’t like to stay in the frames, constantly popping out.
