Indoor TheraSpecs are great for wearing near artificial light, such as fluorescents and LEDs, and while working on a computer. Some people also like wearing them outdoors on overcast days. Outdoor TheraSpecs are dark, polarized and offer protection for bright sunlight. All TheraSpecs are 100% UVA/UVB (UV400) blocking and use the FL-41 tint.
