The pad arrives tightly compressed in plastic inside a box that can barely contain it. Use caution getting the box open that you don’t slice the topper. I was initially unimpressed but it just takes time to expand. After several hours, you will have a fluffy topper. It looks well made and in my opinion when compared to the cost of quality mattress replacement, it is a good value to restore comfort and add life to a mattress with this topper. I think it is also going to trap some warmth in winter and being based in the cold north, I’m all for that! Read more

This is exactly what I wanted for my hideabed. It is fairly fluffy but not too think so it allows the bed to be closed up. It really makes a difference in the comfort of the mattress and the elastic straps are helpful to keep it from slipping. Read more

I purchased this to use with an air mattress for camping. It looks nice and seems to be well built, but it isn't thick enough to offer any support or firmness. It offers a little more cushion, that is all, which I don't think will help with my back. The padding around the edges are thicker than the middle part you actually sleep on, although it doesn't look like it in the pictures. I'm going to keep it because I can put it over the felt on the air mattress, which I hate the feel of, but was hoping it would add more comfort and support. I also wish the straps were longer or more elastic, as they aren't long enough to attach to the 13-inch mattress, although I understand that it's probably not designed for this. Read more

This is definitely not thick by any means of the word. This is the equivalent as a down comforter. Most certainly does not offer any padding as described in the listing. Pictures make it look like the squares are over filled and fluffy this is a huge disappointment as this has some poly-fill at best. Read more
