I love these gloves so much, I will not buy anything else, they hold up to so much abuse. I'm a tile setter and these have saved my hands from so much damage, I can reuse one pair for weeks before I get a hold in them, and I take them off and on multiple times a day. I spent several years of my young adult life working in an auto shop. Many of the technicians there took me under their wing and taught me as much as they were willing to share (sometimes a little too much). One of the takeaways that stuck with me for decades was, don't skimp on your gloves. When I was working at the shop six days a week, I would usually get a week of all day use out of one pair of thick disposable latex gloves. They would keep my hands clean and help prevent chemical exposure and overall nastiness. These gloves are not quite as good as the ones I remember having, however, they are the absolute next best thing. These are my go-to disposable gloves and have been for many years now. They take a beating and keep on kicking. They do seem to run a little on the small side - I normally wear medium gloves and had to upgrade to large because the mediums were just too tight and restricted movement of my hands significantly. I use these gloves along with a insert for working with my bee's. Regular bee gloves are made out of soft leather, the problem is you can't feel a queen bee when you need to pick her up. I use these because they are more flexible and with the insert almost sting proof. I did say almost. Read more

We are beekeepers, and we’ve had quite a journey into “how to protect our hands” and “how to prevent cross-pheromone contact from one hive to another” and “how to keep cross-pheromone contact from one hive inspection to another with the same hive.” In addition, we often deal with chemicals (like working on car maintenance, automotive finishes, and deep-cleaning things at home. We are musicians, and our hands are important to us: so, these gloves are an essential bit of kit for many things we do! They’re great for so many reasons. Both of us find the leather/suede beekeeper gloves to be non-tactile and difficult to use for any tasks which need fine touch (handling the Queen, adding and removing components from the woodenware, dealing with lots of direct handling of our bees, etc.). We started out with leather gloves and went straight to nitrile gloves. For the most part, we used the inexpensive ones with which to start. They tore VERY easily, the bees sting right through them with only the slightest effort, they “sweated off from our hands” very quickly and so much more. Not a good thing. We finally worked our way up to the 14 mil Thickster gloves. In our case, the gloves last all day when handling cleaners and oils. No matter how hot or how cold the days are, these gloves are really resilient and strong during honeybee hive inspections. In addition, when the bees get “spicy” or downright “grumpy,” the gloves make the stings much less often, much less deeply inserted, and much easier to remove without squishing the venom sac. I get stung pretty much every inspection (at least once) and these gloves make the stings MUCH less invasive. NOTE: I would NOT say that the gloves PREVENT stings from occurring on my hands: they just make the stings less invasive. Read more

These gloves are very durable and very grippy. The extra length of the cuff is very nice to be able to cover watches or bracelets and be able to pulle thes over long sleeve cuffs to keep your shirt and arms clean. They do not tear when working on my vehicles and catching on nuts and bolts in tight spots and do not degrade from almost an substance that gets on them. I have very large hands,, I am tough on gloves and these are the only rubber gloves that I buy. More expensive than others but definitely worth it. Highly recommend this product. Read more
