I was looking for a small griddle to replace my old bent one. This is the perfect replacement. It’s thin and light and easy to use. Only one problem, the handles get Hot! I added some silicone handle covers to mine. This pan heats fast, is the exact size for a standard tortilla when making quesadillas or just toasting the tortilla for snacks. Highly recommend! The media could not be loaded. It’s just as described. This is a very light weight and super thin non stick metal. With handles. Need to use oven mitts to protect from burning. I got this as a starter inexpensive griddle, That I can replace later on if needed. an incredible affordable price under $10 with taxes. Read more

The pan is thin, really thin, so it heats quickly and will cook foods fast. Low heat on my burner and I made some tortillas, about 30 of them without having to wait for pan to heat, or reheat after cooking each one. I'm well satisfied with this pan for the price. Read more
