Not sure what one can do with a tiny pan. If you wish to use it for breakfast, and you are used to larger frying pans, you must learn to get used to one of these small pans. If you have eggs, you may add 2 or 3, but be careful trying to flip the eggs. There is very little height on this pan, so you may lose your egg on the stove. You can fry your hash brown potatoes, but again, don't stack high because the height of the pan is short, meaning food will fall out if stacked or loaded. The pan is cute, small, and washes well. I use a gas stove, so the pan heats well. Read more
