I am convinced this is a great product. I think Thorne is a great company and the vitamin D3 supplement has definitely strengthened my bones. I am 84 years old and I tripped over my husband's wheelchair and landed on my wrist. I am convinced that had I not been taking this high quality supplement I probably would have broken my wrist. We've tried so many brands, honestly, for different supplements. I've found that simply going to the grocery store and grabbing the first one you see is not the answer. Absorbancy is so key!
