I have been taking some vitamins daily and the experience has been very positive. I started to feel more energetic after the first week, especially in the mornings, where I had a hard time starting the day. I also noticed improvements in concentration and general mood. I chose them because they had a good balance of essential vitamins such as B12, C, D and minerals such as zinc and iron. In addition, they are easy to ingest and have not caused me stomach upset, something that has happened to me with other brands.
