I have struggled with constant pain in my thumb and wrist while going through countless braces, wraps, splints, you name it, looking for something that was not too restrictive but would help with my tendonitis. Since most of the work is on my computer and my hands are very small, most of these things have been way too restrictive and just do not work. I was skeptical when ordering this after reading some of the reviews. When I took it out of the package it seemed flimsy and too big. When I put it on it somehow seemed to form to my hand and fit perfectly. The very light structure within to support my thumb was perfect. Just what I needed to keep the use of my thumb while ensuring I didn't move it too much. After about 10 minutes, the constant pain I've had just melted away! I have no idea how something this small and thin could do what no others have so far. But I just don't want to take it off! I immediately ordered two more. That said, I am a little worried about pulling it off and on over time will stretch it to the point of being unusable. But for this price, it's well worth the gamble! Read more
I don’t know why this product doesn’t have more stars. I have bought at least 5 thumb/wrist braces over the last year. I’m a physician and have chronic dequervains from working with my hands (and admittedly from games on my phone). Good for small hands, gentle comfortable support. More sturdy than just a sleeve due to the metal insert but I like that it’s a little flexible. It’s the only brace that doesn’t hurt from rubbing in a weird part of my thumb or between the thumb and index finger. I have used it on and off for several months now. Read more
I thought this might help arthritis in thumbs. I used them to clip edge of yard and pull weeds for an hour after receiving them yesterday. Woke up during night with pain in thumbs and hands. So much for that idea.... Read more

This would be great if it didn't stretch out after wearing it for one day. I ordered a medium but might have been better off with a small. I was afraid that would be too tight as my palm measured right at about 7". I love that it has the metal supports built in. I can't seem to find another product like it that has those. It is VERY light/minor support but it's comfortable and easy to wear to bed, or just to have some extra support throughout the day. I just wish it would have held its shape. I even tried washing it thinking that might shrink it back up again but it didn't. Read more
I have 3 of these now bc it is easy to misplace them, and I use them on both hands sometimes. But I love how sleek, breathable, soft the material is. It’s so comfortable and is the only one I could find made of this stretchy, soft, durable & washable material. (Even comfy enough to wear while I sleep). I have a bulkier brace which I refuse to wear for lack of comfort. This brace def compresses and relieves pain in my wrist and thumb.
