Got these to try after my hip replacement. I wasn't exactly sure what I was and wasn't going to be able to do. Thankfully it wasn't really a problem but I'm glad I tried these anyway... I'm not getting any younger and someday..... I noticed that you need to be very exacting where you put the Velcro sot it's not scratching your skin. This underwear is surprisingly comfortable, and does its intended job. The material is soft and the sizing runs true to the size chart included in the Amazon listing. Please note that this size chart varies from the norm. The velcro strips on either size can get itchy if any portion is left exposed to the surface of the skin, but if the two sides of the velcro closures are matched exactly, the velcro is not exposed to the skin surface.
