I have wavy fine hair and this does a nice job of bringing out the shape and texture without weighing my hair down. It's got a gentle scent that I can detect when I first spray it, but it fades and is not noticeable, which is good if you're sensitive to scents. It does leave a slight texture on my hair, but nothing too noticeable. It does seem to dry my hair out slightly and create frizz the next day, but that comes with the territory with a salt spray. A little goes a long way. A light spritz emphasizes wave and body. If I use too much my hair does get a little bit weighed down and dried out. I'd say this is a mid-range salt spray, nothing too extraordinary, but not a bad product, either. Does what it's designed to, and is fairly affordable too! It's a big bottle, so it will last a long time. Read more

This sea salt spray from Tomb 45 smells amazing. My wife described it as a sort of citrusy gingerbread smell and I do not dispute that, it's definitely got some ginger going on. Fresh and not too masculine (not that I think a fragrance being "masculine" or "feminine" really makes any sense) so don't worry about this being a "for men" product if you're interested in trying it and don't fall into that category. I applied it to dry hair and scrunched my hair with my hands as the directions indicate, and I'm quite pleased with the results. My hair is a little short for beachy waves, but I like the texturized look and volume it gave me. I can still smell the fragrance after it dried which is a plus, as well. Currently priced at $17.99 it's comparable with similar products from premium brands, but this might be my favorite sea salt spray ever so I'd say it's a good value for the money. Read more
