This is the best toothpaste to clean your teeth, without wrecking your gums. My dentist recommended this one over Sensodyne for receding gums! If you have any sensitivity along your gum line, this is an excellent toothpaste. Pain should improve within days. I noticed a difference when I don't use it! Very effective, and a nice fresh taste. It's a good toothpaste. It has a strong after taste but minty. You know your mouth is clean just taste weird drinking coffee afterwards lol 😆. Good to have two cubes for the price. The tubes are a little smaller then a larger crest toothpaste but besides that it cleans and suppose to whiten teeth. Not sure if it did but my mouth sore healed when using it. I was using a tiktok toothpaste that claimed to whiten teeth but I got a mouth sore because of it. The tom toothpaste helped cleaned my mouth and it healed. So I am sticking with it. Glad it doesn't have fluoride in it. Read more
