I have been using this toothpaste for many many years and I love it. I started using it because my teeth began feeling sensitive, and Sensodyne made matters worse for me, but then I realized that the reason for the sensitivity was due to accumulation of bacteria, even though I brush a minimum of twice a day, scrape my tongue 2x a day, I floss, and I use a water pick, bacteria still accumulated in my mouth. Luckily I found on my own, without any help from a dentist that I could take care of that by gargling with a drop or two of extra strength oil of oregano diluted in about an ounce of water. So today I have no sensitivity in my teeth, but I still use this toothpaste. So I do recommend. Read more

My dentist recommended this to me because I prefer a fluoride free toothpaste and also have sensitive teeth. The taste is minty but not too strong, and I have noticed an improvement in how my teeth feel. Read more

I've been using this toothpaste for about a year and a half now. When I tested high for fluoride in my system (turns out tea naturally has fluoride in it, and I drink a LOT of tea!), I needed to do two things: find a water filtration system that removed fluoride from my tap water, and find a toothpaste that had no fluoride either. Because my family has used (and been pleased) with some other Tom's products, I thought I'd give this a try... and because I've been so pleased, I haven't tried anything different since. My fluoride levels are back to normal, so I will continue to use this particular toothpaste. Read more

I have implants, and I love this toothpaste. It's safe to use on my implants and helps ease the occassional discomfort around the screws. My dentist approves it. The taste is mild enough to not bother me, but still leaves my mouth feeling fresh. Way better than most of the more popular brands that overwhelm me. My only complaint is that I can't find it in stores anymore. I can only find the whitening ones, which I'm not supposed to use on my implants... Read more
