I have had this torch for a few months now, I originally purchased for a camping trip and was very pleased with how easy it was to use and the quality of the product. The flame was easy to adjust and worked great. Well after 8 great uses this wonderful adjustable torch has become a flame thrower that just has 1 setting that is referred to as the gates of hell. I feel accomplished buying a butane torch that I will almost never use but will always enjoy watching. It does what it says it does - starts blue and slowly turns red as the metal ring around the torch changes the colors. Very cool to watch. Flame strength is high - you will appreciate the power and strength. Not your regular pocket lighter. It won't baffle you or stun you if you wanted something bigger, but it will be appreciated. The video shown with the product is pretty accurate. Keep away from flammable objects and small kids (Not necessarily in that order). It has an adjustable flame and a safety switch for added protection. It is fairly straightforward to use. Outside, it is somewhat disappointing as the sunlight makes this powerful lighter look like a zippo instead of a massive wannabe-lightsaber-flame. But at night and inside (for barbecues, ovens, candle-lighting, and stove-use only, of course - why would I turn this on in my library full of flammable objects just to admire it even though it's so shiny?...) it looks amazing and I think it's a great product. If it wasn't that cheap I would never have bought it, so I appreciate this novelty item for its uniqueness. Note: This is a working torch that uses butane/propane lighter fluid.
