Nice jig for longer blades
I’ve only use a couple times over the standard knife jig but haven’t 100% seen the value in it over the normal jig yet. I had a longer knife that was very think that even this wasn’t holding well and allowed extra tip flex where I thought this added size would avoid. In fairness though the knife would have been a challenge in anything given the cheaper quality most likely. For the higher end knives though where size isn’t an issue I haven’t been able to really use this over the standard jig with any noticeable benefit noticed yet. Well built though, like all Tormek products, and know it will hold up well. Read more
